Athenian Yachts, a leading company in the Greek yacht chartering sector, manages an impressive fleet of over 100 yachts. This family-owned business, with more than 30 years of industry experience, had traditionally leaned on brokers and word-of-mouth recommendations to generate leads.
Our initiative was to launch a global yacht charter marketing campaign, tailored by country and yacht category—bareboat, catamaran, and motor yacht—while accounting for the seasonal dynamics of the industry.
Varying demand peaks across regions required sophisticated budget optimization processes designed to maximize demand capture throughout the year.
